Please accept my sympathies for your loss. I remember when Pepe's first opened and I worked next door at Richard Abel. I moved away in 1974 only to visit again in early 2000 with my grown daughter. You recognized me as soon as I walked through the front door. I always felt like I was in my second home whenever I walked in but of course the food was better than home. Thank you for giving my daughter and I some very good memories. God bless you all.

dear anna and julie.... i am so sorry for your loss.... his memory will live on.. especially every-time i hear a little horn toot... i am sorry i cant be there.... may GOD be with you and your whole family at this time of grief.... i feel like i was part of your family... coming to pepes for 37 years, my mother used to take me there when i was a baby.. she passed away 2 months ago... now she has Joe to make her the best sandwiches in heaven!
